(5) As at 28 April 2016 the Southern Ports Authority (SPA) has spent $3 914 036.95 funded jointly by SPA and Royalties for Regions.
(6) SPA has budgeted a further $372 259.78. Total cost depends on whether further work is required once stakeholder requirements are known.
