Response time
63 days
(1) Approximately 5 working days, although this may vary depending on the time taken to deliver the film from regional centres.
(2) Currently it is approximately 3 months. The film processing area is working towards reducing the backlog to achieve a turnaround time of 7-14 working days from taking a photograph to postage of a Traffic Infringement Notice.
