I
refer to the State Records Commission 2017-18 Annual Report and the
announcement that a new software module associated with the Online Retention and
Disposal Application would be implemented in the latter half of 2018, and ask: (a) has
the module been implemented: (i) if
not, why not; (b) when
will the module be implemented; (c) what
is the cost of implementing the module; (d) how
many FTE are required to implement and manage the module; (e) is
the delay in the module’s implementation adding to the backlog of information
that is inadequately stored; and (f) is the delay in the module’s implementation the result of resource deficiencies within the State Records Office: (i) if
yes, will the Minister provide more resources to the project and when?
