I refer to Alcoa’s recent
application (EPA assessment 2253), which identifies two documents outlining agreed working
arrangements between Alcoa and State Government Departments and Trading
Enterprises, and

I ask: (a) does
the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) have copies of the
working arrangements between the DWER, Alcoa and the Water Corporation that was
cited in the referral; (b) does
the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) have copies
of the working arrangements between the DBCA and Alcoa that was cited in the
referral; (c) if
no to (a) and/or (b), why not; (d) if
yes to (a) and/or (b), will the Minister please table the document(s); and (e) if
no to (d), why not?
