(c) This initiative is being implemented and will be completed in 2004/05. (d) The initiative to address this issue has commenced with an initial planning process. (e) Implementation is planned for 2004/05. (f) The construction of the new facility at the Selby Clinic site is due for completion by the end of August 2004.
