I have recently received an apparently credible report concerning unauthorised and environmentally damaging dredging operations conducted over the last 20 months by Cockburn Cement, I ask -
(1) Has Cockburn Cement increased its rate of dredging over this time period?
(2) If yes to (1), where has this increased dredging occurred?
(3) Has a new channel been dredged into Cockburn Sound?
(4) If yes to (3), when was this project environmentally assessed and approved?
(5) What changes have occurred to the extent of seagrass meadows in Cockburn Sound as a consequence?
