The land is zoned public purposes (hospital) under the metropolitan region scheme and under City of Melville community planning scheme 5. The land areas of reserve 42034 and 43037 are 271 428 square metres and 164 743 square metres respectively. Subject to commercial negotiation, small parts of lots 1 and 2, owned by a strata body corporate and St John of God Health Care respectively, may be incorporated.
