I thank the member for some notice of this question and congratulate him on his persistence. (1) The scope of the study emanates from the memorandum of intent signed between the Western Australian Trade and Investment Promotion Shanghai Representative Office of the former Department of Industry and Resources, and the China Industrial Overseas Development and Planning Association of the Chinese Government’s National Development and Reform Commission. I table that particular part of the study. Any content within the study would need to be cleared with the joint study partner. [See paper 1042.] (2) As I indicated yesterday, any findings from the study would need to be cleared with the joint study partner in China.
