(1) The asset, which is owned and operated by VenuesWest, will be fully depreciated in 22 years.
(2) Yes.
(3) (a) The State Sporting Facilities Plan identifies a need to undertake a planning study into the current and projected uses of the facility to determine its future including the possible need for a replacement facility, potentially around 2017. This study is expected to commence during 2012.
