I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) I advise that the Guardianship and Administration Board does not exist. The jurisdiction of the Guardianship and Administration Board was conferred on the State Administrative Tribunal on 24 January 2005. The State Administrative Tribunal has not trained any volunteers in respect of the Acts Amendment (Advance Health Care Planning) Bill. The Public Advocate, an independent statutory office holder, has initiated a community guardianship program to involve members of the community in becoming a guardian. This is not related to the Acts Amendment (Advance Health Care Planning) Bill. (2) Given the answer to (1), this is not applicable.
