(a) since 23 September 2008, has the Department of Housing and Works issued new or revised instructions to district offices concerning the approach officers should take when assessing whether an applicant is eligible for priority housing or not;
(b) if yes to (a), when were the new or revised instructions released, and by whom; and
(c) if yes to (a), will the Minister table the new or revised instructions?
