regarding the Public Health Amendment (Immunisation Requirements for
Enrolment) Act 2019 and the reference that the evaluation report is expected to
be published on 31 October 2023.
(1) Has the evaluation report now
been published?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
minister table a copy of the evaluation report?
(3) If no to (1), when will it be
