I refer the Attorney General to his comments in the House on Thursday last week during debate on law and order issues when he boasted that his Government would take on bikie gangs and would not sanction any unlawful activity by bikie gangs, especially when such gangs broke the law and did not wear helmets. (1) Is the Attorney General aware that on the day he made those comments, police allowed about 70 bikies to ride without helmets to a funeral in Bunbury? (2) Has the Attorney General spoken to his colleague the Minister for Police and Emergency Services about this unlawful activity, and what action has been take against the 70 bikies concerned? Mr L. Graham interjected. Several members interjected. The SPEAKER: Members! Mr J.A. McGINTY
