Under
s.39(2) of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 , the Minister
must give a person who makes a nomination written notice of the Minister’s
decision on the listing, amendment or repeal the subject of the nomination; and
under s.39(3). If the Minister’s decision is that the listing, amendment, or
repeal is not to be made, the notice must include the reasons for the
decision, and I ask: (a) how many written notices has the Minister made under s.39(2) in: (i) 2017-18; (ii) 2018-19; (iii) 2019-20; and (iv) 2020-21; and (b) how many written notices has the Minister made under s.39(3) in: (i) 2017-18; (ii) 2018-19; (iii) 2019-20; and (iv) 2020-21?
