Department of the Premier and Cabinet (1) Yes. The Department has introduced on-site payment of invoices in the following operational areas: · Public Sector Management Division – For the placement and payment of career opportunities (job vacancies) for the public sector as they appear in the InterSector. · State Law Publisher – For the purchase of legislation and some publications. · Policy Division – For the payment of registrations to the forthcoming International Sustainability Conference to be held in Perth in September 2003. (2)-(3) Payment cannot currently be made for a range of Public Sector Management Programs. The facility for on-site payments for such programs is currently under consideration. Anti-Corruption Commission The Anti-Corruption Commission has provided the following information: (1) Not applicable to the ACC. The Department of the Premier and Cabinet processes invoices on behalf of the ACC. The ACC does not levy any fees or charges. (2) Not applicable (3) Not applicable. Governor’s Establishment (1) No (2) Payments for Ballroom hire – very infrequent and accounts are usually sent in arrears subject to variable costs after the event. (3) Clients are invited to pay by EFT or cheque. There is no immediate plan to introduce an on-line payment facility. Office of the Public Sector Standards Commissioner The Commissioner for Public Sector Standards advises as follows: (1) The Office of the Public Sector Standards Commissioner and the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity have internet web sites, but do not collect monies for licences, charges, fines and other fees.
