(2) The Service Level Agreement specifies the amount and type of activity that the Department of Health is required to deliver; it does not provide details on how to allocate funding for repairs and maintenance.

(4) Noting $7,591 was spent at WNHS (Mental Health Inpatient), $133,300 was spent at NMHS Mental Health Services, JHC have advised that the prices paid for services at JHC are inclusive of repairs and maintenance. As such there is a component in this average price for the repairs and maintenance costs as they relate at Benchmark Hospitals. That amount for JHC is not easily separable and hence a figure for JHC is not provided.
