Tourism Research Australia’s (TRA) “ Tourism Businesses in Australia, June 2012 to June 2016 ” report, states that as at June 2016, there were approximately 27,000 tourism-related businesses in Western Australia.
According to the Tourism Council Western Australia, currently there are more than 1,200 accredited Australian Tourism Accreditation Program (ATAP) businesses in Western Australia.
