I refer to 2025-26 Budget Paper 2, Volume 2, page 549, the $17.4 million allocated to "implement a suite of strategic initiatives", and the Minister's answer during Legislative Assembly Estimates in which it was explained that part of this money will go towards addressing "social licence" issues associated with the port, and I ask: (a) can the Minister explain what amount of this $17.5m will go towards social licence related purposes; (b) can the Minister explain what this will be spent on; and (c) what key issues have been identified in relation to achieving a social licence?
