(a)-(b) The Department of Planning is not involved in any current planning proposals relating to the former Wattle Grove Primary School.
This area is currently zoned for rural purposes in the
Metropolitan Region Scheme
. The Shire of Kalamunda has identified the area for
Proposed Industrial Development Areas
in its Local Planning Strategy. The Local Planning Strategy has been adopted by the Shire of Kalamunda and is currently being considered by the Department of Planning.
