I refer to correspondence from the Minister for Health to Brian Burke's associate Julian Grill (in response to a letter received on 4 April 2017), and ask: (a) What date did the Premier advise the Minister not to have contact with Mr Grill; and (b) Does the Premier consider this a breach of the his instruction to have no contact with Mr Grill: (i) If yes, what disciplinary action will be taken against the Minister; and (ii) If no, why not?
