1150. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Child Protection:
I refer to the response on 12 September 2024 to my question
without notice 1065 and my subsequent statement to the house later that
afternoon.
(1) Will the minister now table the further briefing notes on
the inquiry since 17 March 2023?
(2) If no to
(1), will the minister table a section 82 notice under the Financial Management
Act 2006 so that the Auditor General may inquire into this non-provision of
information to Parliament, noting that this was first sought as far back as
four months ago?
