DOUBLEVIEW PRIMARY SCHOOL COMPLEX — OPENING
84. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the Minister for Education and
Training:
I refer to my questions since April
2018 regarding an official opening for Doubleview Primary School, which has
been operating since this time last year.
(1) Has the
school contacted the minister's office regarding an official opening
date and ceremony?
(2) Has a date
been set and what is that date; and, if not, why not?
(3) If the
minister and her parliamentary secretary are too busy to hold an official
opening ceremony, is she prepared to deputise the local member, Hon Liza
Harvey, MLA, to open it on her behalf?

I thank the member for the question,
but let us just think about this. The question is without notice and asks
whether the minister has received in her office any correspondence. How would I
be able to answer that question today without notice? How could I? The member
should put his question on notice.
