(1) As at 9 September 2015, $2.237 million of the allocated $5.223 million has been spent on approved reconfiguration projects.
(2) Conversion of:
· Emergency Department to Day Admissions Centre
· Coronary Care unit to Ophthalmology
· Children's Ward to Aged Care & Moss Street relocation to site
· Vacated Oncology to Customer Relations
· "A" block for Sexual Health
· Mixed Surgical Ward to Orthogeriatric Ward
Relocation of:
· MARMION ST off site Mental Health services into refurbished F3
· Mail room to 'G" Block
· Ellen Street off site Mental Health services into "W" Block
· General Surgery to B6
And Mental Health Triage Area Works; reconfiguration of ward B7 day therapy area; refurbishment to relocate Podiatry, Speech Pathology and Social Work onto level 2, "B' block.
(3) A majority of the remaining reconfiguration projects are due to be completed by end of December 2015.
(4) The business case is an internal working document that isn't written for public release.
