I refer to the news article in the Sunday Times of 5 March 2006 regarding glass pipes used to smoke crystal methamphetamine that are available in Perth delis, and the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection’s intention to ban the pipes from sale. (1) Has the department now banned the sale of these pipes; and, if not, why not? (2) If no to (1), when is it expected that they will be banned from sale? Hon KATE DOUST
