(b) I table the Review of Air Quality Management Plan - Nitrogen Deposition [See tabled paper no.] . (c) - (e) The North West Shelf is a broad area covering the coastal areas and waters off Western Australia. There are a significant number of approvals (under both Parts IV and Part V of the Environment Protection Act 1986 ) on premises within this area, including the Wheatstone, Gorgon, Macedon, Varanus Island, Pluto, North West Shelf and associated projects such as Yara Pilbara Nitrates and Yara Fertilisers. A number of these projects have been operating for decades and have a large number of air quality monitoring reports. If the Honourable Member can refine this request to specific facilities within a specific timeframe, the report(s) can be provided.
