QuestionView source ↗
I will preface this question by saying that I have been told that I cannot ask a large number of questions on notice this week simply because various ministers are away. Some of those questions have been on notice since Tuesday. The Minister for Planning and Infrastructure has been absent from the Parliament during this week and has not been able to provide answers to any questions without notice in the Legislative Council - when some notice has been given this week. (1) Why is the minister absent? (2) If she is attending some other engagement, what is it and why has it caused her to be absent all week? (3) What time is scheduled to be taken by that engagement, and what is the travelling and incidental time? (4) Has the Premier satisfied himself that the engagement is sufficiently important to justify the minister’s absence from her primary duty in Parliament? Hon KIM CHANCE
