EARLY YEARS COLLABORATIVE PROJECT TEAM
I refer to the Early Years Collaborative Project Team established with the aim of improving outcomes for Western Australian children and also to the answer to question without notice 368. (1) Did the project team finalise their report in early August 2011 as indicated? (2) If no to (1), when will the project team finalise and submit its final report to the directors general of the Department of Health, the Department of Education and the Department for Communities? Hon Norman Moore : It is very difficult to hear the member from here. Hon LINDA SAVAGE : Which part did the Leader of the House not hear? The PRESIDENT : It is very difficult across the whole chamber. Hon LINDA SAVAGE : My microphone is red, so I assume it is on. To continue — (3) Will the final report be tabled in Parliament; and, if so, when? (4) If not, why not? (5) When will there be an early years outcome framework for Western Australia as proposed by the Barnett government? Hon NORMAN MOORE
