My question may have been overridden by a report tabled in the other House. (1) Has the Child Death Review Committee completed the review of the nine cases that warranted review as at 30 June 2003? (2) How many child deaths has the Child Death Review Committee been advised of by the Director General of the Department for Community Development for the period 30 June 2003 to 30 June 2004? (3) How many of those deaths met one or all three criteria for referral to the Child Death Review Committee? (4) Will the minister table the report of the Child Death Review Committee for the period 30 June 2003 to 30 June 2004; and, if not, why not? Hon SUE ELLERY
