(1) CO2 savings were derived by calculating reductions in fuel consumption from traffic modelling and then applying equations published in the National Guidelines for Transport System Management. These were then converted into tonnes of CO2 saved using emission factors given in the Department of Environment's National Greenhouse Accounts Factors.
(2) Not applicable
(3) South Metro Connect undertook diesel particulate modelling during the planning phase for the Roe 8 section of Perth Freight Link, forming part of the Public Environmental Review (PER).
(4) Information on the Roe 8 Public Environmental Review is publicly available.
