I thank the honourable member for some notice of this question. (1) Graylands Hospital clinical teams conduct a comprehensive assessment of a patient’s needs when considering the placement into accommodation. This assessment considers risk factors, patient support and the patient’s capability. For longer term accommodation, patients will be accompanied by a welfare officer to visit the prospective accommodation. (2) No.
