592. Hon Dr Brad Pettitt to the minister representing the Minister for Corrective
Services:
I refer to adult
prisons and youth detention facilities.
Can the minister
please provide a list of each death in custody this calendar year to date,
including:
(a) the date the death occurred;
(b) the prison or facility where the individual
was detained;
(c) whether the person
was Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; and
(d) if the person was on remand?
