(1) The scheme will be launched in early December 2008. All Seniors Card holders will be invited to apply for the Cost of Living Rebate. Applications for the Cost of Living Rebate will be accepted up until 31 March 2009.
(2) All Senior that hold a Western Australian Seniors Card as at 31 March 2009 will receive the Rebate.
(3) As above
(4) The rebate will be paid to the majority of Seniors Card Holders on the 31 March 2009.
(5) The Cost of Living Rebate for 2010 will be adjusted by the Consumer Price Index.
