Minister for Housing:
I refer to government housing
programs.
(1) What was the
approximate average cost to the state budget per home delivered in the 2023–24
financial year to date for —
(a) Government Regional Officers'
Housing spot purchases;
(b) GROH builds;
(c) public housing builds;
(d) public housing purchases;
(e) community housing builds; and
(f) community housing purchases?
(2) How does the department judge
cost per unit delivered in terms of set criteria for value for money?

Minister for Housing.
(1)–(2) Given
the amount of data requested by the member, stored across multiple sections of
the agency, the Department of Communities has
advised that an answer is unable to be provided within the time required. Should
the member wish to place the question on notice, the minister will endeavour to
provide a response.
