(2) The Interim Science and Innovation Council was established by Cabinet on 12 October 2009.
(3) Mr Charles Morgan, Chairman. Mr Morgan is a Company Director and has founded a number of companies. He has extensive expertise in resources and technology industries and has successfully identified emerging Australian and international opportunities. He also currently sits on the Curtin Commercialisation Advisory Board. This is involved in commercialising CurtinUniversitytechnology.
(4) Commenced 12 October 2009. Member appointment expiry date is 30 June 2010.
(5) Chairman to be paid $20,000 for term of membership expiring 30 June 2010. Members to be paid $1,340 per meeting (total estimated at $48,240).
(6) Estimated total cost and sitting fees is $68,240 until 30 June 2010 when the term of appointments expire.
