I refer to the waitlist times to see an oncology specialist, and I ask: (a) what are the different specialists in the area of oncology; and (b) for each quarter from January 2008 to June 2013, once referred, what was the average wait time for patients to have an appointment with each of the specialists listed in question (a)?

(a) There are many different specialists related to the specific type of cancer. Some of the surgical specialists include Neurosurgeons, Ear Nose and Throat Surgeons, Ophthalmic Surgeons, Oral Surgeons, Thoracic Surgeons, Breast Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Upper Gastro Intestinal Surgeons, Gynae-oncologists, Urologists, Colorectal Surgeons, Orthopaedic surgeons.
Medical specialists include Respiratory Medicine, Endocrinologists, Dermatologists and Gastroenterologists.
Those responsible for chemotherapy are Paediatric Oncologists, Medical Oncologists and Haematologists.
Those responsible for radiation therapy are Radiation Oncologists.
There are also various diagnostic specialists who impact waiting times from Primary Care to initial definitive treatment.
