The most recent available data on homelessness is from the 2006 Census. The 2011 Census data is not yet available.
The Census report
Counting the Homeless Western Australia 2006
reported over 600 homeless women aged 55-64 years and over 260 aged 65 and over on Census night. However the report does not differentiate if the women were single, in couples or families.
