REDEVELOPMENT
887. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to an article in the Augusta
Margaret River Times on 3 November 2023, which detailed correspondence from
Dr Neale Fong, chair of the WA Country Health Service, to the Leeuwin medical
advisory committee regarding the Margaret River Hospital redevelopment, which
stated that the business case submitted had not yet been successful in having
funding allocated and approved by Treasury.
(1) What is the scope of works for
the redevelopment outlined by the business case?
(2) What is the quantum of funding
that WACHS has requested for the redevelopment?
(3) Ca n the minister please table the correspondence
from Dr Fong to the Leeuwin medical advisory committee ?
(4) Can the minister please table the business case
regarding the proposed redevelopment of the Margaret R iver Hospital?
