(2) In relation to the traffic crash report lodged by the then Minister for Police and Emergency Services John D’Orazio concerning the incident of 21 April 2006, did any officer in the process realise that he was dealing with a high-profile person and, in accordance with the policy of the Western Australia Police, prepare a briefing note and forward it through the chain of command? (3) Who suppressed that briefing note or otherwise stopped it from progressing through the chain of command? (4) Where is that briefing note now? Hon JON FORD
