(1)-(3) The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Structure Plan contained within the Goldfields-Esperance Regional Planning Strategy report July 2000 shows the indicative future land uses, not future or current zonings, within the Structure plan area. The translation of this broad brush strategic outlook into detailed zonings based on cadastral boundaries will undertaken by the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder when they next review their Town Planning Scheme. (4)-(5) Design plans have been prepared in consultation with the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Main Roads WA. In the first half of this year the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder initiated an amendment to the Town Planning Scheme showing the re-aligned by-pass. The Environmental Protection Authority is currently assessing the proposed amendment.
