I refer to the National Disability Insurance Scheme My Way Trial, and the proposed independently facilitated stakeholder workshops and external consumer satisfaction survey to be conducted in early 2015, and I ask: (a) when in early 2015 will the workshops take place; (b) who will be conducting the workshops; (c) will the Minister provide a list of all stakeholders to be invited to participate in the workshops; (d) will the outcome of the workshops be made public and, if yes, when; (e) will Members of Parliament be invited to observe the workshops; (f) who will be conducting the consumer satisfaction survey; (g) when in early 2015 will the survey be undertaken; (h) will the outcomes of the survey be made public and, if yes, when; and (i) will individuals deem ineligible be included in the survey?

(a) Consumer and service provider workshops were conducted on 11 February 2015.
(b) Joel Levin, Managing Director at Aha Consulting, in partnership with National Disability Services and the Disability Services Commission.
(c) People with disability, families, carers, service providers and other disability and mental health organisations attended the workshops.
(d) Yes. It is expected that a report will be published on the Commission's website in April 2015.

(h) The survey results are part of the national NDIS Integrated Reporting Framework and will be made available in August 2015 when the final report for the year is produced.
