a) Personal Accident - Work Experience. - School Camps (overnight stay). - Students while being transported by bus other than public transport. b) Public Liability - Covers all sums that the Department is legally liable to pay as a result of negligence. (2) Under Regulations 38 and 39 of the School Education Regulations 2000, teachers have a responsibility to provide reasonable care for the safety of students under their control and supervision.
