Albany Motorsport Park and the evidence that came directly from residents and through
Environment WAtch that has been provided to the Department of Water and
Environmental Regulation (DWER) of multiple occasions of stormwater from the
park washing, unmanaged, into the Marbelup wetlands in breach of the conditions
of approval.(1) How many breaches
of approval conditions has DWER recorded?(2) How many incidents of unmanaged stormwater
run-off have been recorded?(3) Has DWER conducted its own investigations into
these breaches?(4) If yes to (3), can the minister please table
the report from each investigation?(5) Has the City of Albany provided DWER with all
water monitoring reports as required by the local water management strategy?(6) If yes to (5), can the minister please table
copies of each report?
