YARRAGADEE AQUIFER - ENVIRONMENTAL BOND
I refer to the Water Corporation’s advertisement in the South Western Times of 1 March 2007 declaring that the south west Yarragadee project is sustainable. (1) Will the minister impose an environmental bond on the Water Corporation against any future environmental damage in order to underwrite its claim? (2) If yes, how much? (3) If no, why not? I think $1 billion would be a good bond! Hon KIM CHANCE
