(2) Does the minister support programs that reward students with fast food vouchers? I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) Yes. (2) The provision of encouragement or rewards for children to attend school is sometimes warranted. Schools use a range of strategies and reward programs. (3) The School Education Act 1999 and regulations will not preclude the use of rewards such as vouchers.
