(1) Have any teachers have been investigated by the College following allegations of misconduct relating to the process of their re-registration with WACOT?
(2) If yes to (1), how many?
(3) Have any teachers have been charged with misconduct by WACOT due to conduct relating to the re-registration process?
(4) If yes to (3), how many?
(5) For each case in (3) -
(a) please describe the nature of the charges; and
(b) please provide information on any disciplinary action taken by WACOT.
