For each department, agency, Commission or Government Trading Enterprise within the Premier's portfolio of responsibilities for the period 21 March 2015 to date: (a) did the organisation receive any general admission tickets, VIP access or access to a corporate box for any events sponsored or financially supported by the organisation; and (b) for each event outlined in (a): (i) how many tickets for general admission were provided; (ii) what was the date of the event for which general admission tickets were provided; (iii) what was the nature of the event for which general admission tickets were provided; (iv) what was the total actual or approximate cost of the general admission tickets provided; (v) how many tickets for VIP access or corporate box access were provided; (vi) what was the date of the event for which VIP access or corporate box access was provided; (vii) what was the nature of the event for which VIP access or corporate box access was provided; and (viii) what the total actual or approximate cost of the VIP access or corporate box access?

Lotterywest
A spreadsheet of acceptances of general admission tickets and VIP access is attached (See Tabled Paper No.).
Lotterywest Board and staff did not attend events as guests in corporate boxes.
Lotterywest engages with stakeholders in the community and business and Board and Staff representatives usually play an active role at events including hosting guests, delivering speeches, presenting certificates and awards and witnessing the completion of projects supported by Lotterywest Grants.
