1. Land use compliance for Lot 804 must be in accordance with the provisions of the City of Joondalup's District Town Planning Scheme No 2 and also the adopted Structure Plan 2005, which identifies permitted land uses.
In addition, the conditions of tender and contract of sale by LandCorp include the requirement for the land use to be compliant with the statutory zoning and permitted land uses, and to be consistent with development objectives for the land.
2. Future development of Lot 804 will be in accordance with the City of Joondalup's adopted Structure Plan 2005, which identifies permitted land uses for 'Bulk Retail/Showroom and/or Technology Park'.
The City of Joondalup is currently reviewing its City Centre Structure Plan which includes the Joondalup Southern Business District. This may result in some modifications to the permitted land use.
