(2) The total amounts paid to people participating on each of the advisory boards within the child protection portfolio in the 2006-07 financial year are as follows:
(a) Adoption Act Legislative Review Committee - $8 780
(b) Adoption Applications Committee - $22 268
(c) Advisory Council on the Prevention of Deaths of Children and Young People - $5 865
(d) Care for Children and Young People Advisory Committee - $27 058
(e) Case Review Panel - $60 692
(f) Child Death Review Committee - $32 170
(g) Community Advisory Group on the Implementation of the Ford Review of the Department for Community Development - Nil
(h) Gwenn Murray Implementation Committee - Nil
(i) Ministerial Advisory Council on Child Protection - $11 110
(j) Supported Accommodation Assistance Program State Advisory Committee - $26 078
Advisory Boards that were administered by the Department for Child Protection in 2006/07 but are currently administered by the Department for Communities are included in question on notice 6377-6379.
Note that the Adoption Applications Committee is a decision making body and not an advisory body. This committee may need to be removed from the response subject to the interpretation of "advisory board".
