I refer to Homeswest’s Willagee redevelopment. (1) Following earlier approvals for R20 to R25 densities in this redevelopment, is the minister aware that Homeswest has now sought approval for higher densities for stages 5 and 6 - a proposal strongly rejected by the Council of the City of Melville? (2) Is the Gallop Labor Government commencing a policy of increased Homeswest presence in certain areas? (3) Will the minister give an undertaking that he will not use public housing policy as a tool to engineer the demographics of electorates? Hon TOM STEPHENS
