The budget papers state that a total of $47.3 million has been allocated in 2006-07 to continue implementation of the 2004-07 mental health strategy. (1) Will the minister please list each initiative of the strategy to be implemented during 2006-07 and the estimated expenditure for each initiative? (2) Will the minister please list the initiatives that have been fully implemented and those that have been partially implemented since 2004 and the actual expenditure to date of each?
